RATES (one-on-one private sessions):
Half-hour virtual session = $70
One-hour virtual session = $120
Half-hour IRL session at my gym in DTLA = $75
One-hour IRL session at my gym in DTLA = $130
For in-home / on-location training = same as above IRL rates plus travel fee of $2/mile
TWO-PERSON RATES:
Add $20 to any session
STRENGTH / YOGA SPLIT SESSION:
For the people who are always saying “I need to do more yoga” (but who has the time to go to two separate places and block off two separate time slots?)
One-hour session where we will split the time into two distinct sections -
1 part standard training // 1 part yoga
NOT a blend of the two (i.e., Yoga Sculpt.)
With the SPLIT SESSION, you will get a full, comprehensive strength-training workout AND a full, complete yoga class (NOT a hybrid of the two.)
