With a background in athletics and a passion for fitness, I got certified as a trainer at 19 years old! I’ve now had my own training business for over 12 years, and I love it! Since I am so into fitness myself, I am constantly exploring and experimenting with new styles of training and new exercises… implementing only the most effective movements into my program.
More than anything, I love watching my clients get stronger; I still get chills every time someone levels up! ♥

my training style
My sessions are based on the circuit training model which has been proven time and again to be the best way to burn fat. The philosophy is that by performing a series of specific exercises back-to-back, you increase your heart rate while simultaneously engaging your muscles. The combination of cardio and strength-training together yields the best results.

I am NOT the drill sergeant type - so if you’re looking for someone to yell at you, we’re probably not the best fit. I WILL challenge you; I WILL encourage you; and your workouts WILL get harder as you get stronger…
I WILL frequently remind you to “listen to your body.” You should never push through PAIN. This is results-driven functional fitness. No need to risk injury ever.

I am an expert in training women’s and girls’ bodies. I have trained countless female clients - from 7 to 70+ years old - from newbies with ZERO experience to college athletes. I have worked with 1st grade classes and grandmas… I have trained ladies from bridal prep through pre-natal and post-natal workouts. I have worked with models and pageant winners… and with people utilizing fitness to help regulate anxiety and depression - everyBODY’s reason for working out is valid and wonderful and life-enhancing. And I’m here for all of it. ♥

But - MEN ARE WELCOME, TOO!! I have trained many husband/wife and gf/bf couples … and I also absolutely offer solo seshes for men! But GUYS - let me be straight with you - if you are looking to add bulk, I’m probably not your girl.
